These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tess Bar & Kitchen website and any services, reservations, events or consultations offered by us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Tess Bar & Kitchen is a food and beverage establishment located at 36 Seah Street, Singapore 188392, operating under Singapore law as part of the Nutmeg Collective.

2. Use of the Website

3. Reservations & Cancellations

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to release tables if guests are more than 15 minutes late without notice.
• Large-group bookings, private events and party-at-home services may require a deposit and be subject to separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) and service charge unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice.

5. Responsible Service of Alcohol

We serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with Singapore law. We may refuse service to any patron who appears intoxicated or is unable to provide valid proof of legal drinking age.

6. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

While we take reasonable care to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles a range of ingredients including nuts, dairy, seafood and gluten. Please inform staff of any allergies at the time of booking or ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Tess Bar & Kitchen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
